Ohio Democratic Party (ODP) and Blue Utopia have entered into an agreement for Blue Utopia to provide ODP and their network of up to 95 Ohio Counties and Caucus Committees with an integrated web technology platform.
The new system, developed and offered by Blue Utopia is a completely integrated web content system that allows the entire network of Ohio Democratic Counties and Caucuses to share content with any other county or caucus with simply the click of a button. With this content-sharing network along with Blue Utopia's extensive online campaign system, Ohio counties will be able to tap into a significant pool of tools and resources to execute much more effective online campaigns.
After making the move to Blue Utopia in September '06 and realizing significant online success, ODP again turned to Blue Utopia for their vision of a shared statewide system. In no small part, they chose Blue Utopia because of Blue Utopia’s advanced web content system, which enables users at varying skill level carry out wide-ranging online activities.
With Todd Hoffman as the Online Communications Director, the ODP is leading the next phase of online communications and activism for state parties. With this initiative, every county and caucus committee in Ohio will have the tools, resources, and support they need to build an online medium that can help them by successful in their effort to build democratic majorities in their respective jurisdictions.
